Digital Orders
All digital orders are final sale. To download your file, refer to the email sent after your purchase, which includes your download link. Most files are delivered as ZIP files due to their size and require extraction. We recommend using a computer for extraction. If using a mobile device or tablet, you will need a ZIP extractor app. If you require a different file format, you may send a request with your order number to info@standishwoodstory.com and we will do our best to send it too you within 48-hours.
